Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 46(STA)                                                                                        
    "An Act establishing the month of March as Brain Injury                                                                     
    Awareness Month; and providing for an effective date."

Representative Eastman objected and withdrew the objection. There                                                               
being no further objection, HCS SB 46(STA) was adopted.

             "(3)  acquired brain injuries, which often result from

    strokes, anoxia, drug and alcohol abuse, problematic pornography                                                            
    use, and infectious diseases, are largely preventable;                                                                      
             (4)  perinatal brain injuries, including intrauterine fetal                                                        
    traumatic brain injuries, often occur while a fetus is still in the                                                         
    womb and may result from intrauterine infections, domestic                                                                  
     violence, and alcohol exposure, and are largely preventable;"                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Renumber the following paragraphs accordingly.                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that
